摘    要:利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜和透射电镜等仪器研究、分析了采用短流程薄板坯连铸连轧铁素体轧制工艺的唐钢薄板坯连铸连轧线(FTSR线)生产的3.0mm厚钢板的显微组织、析出物及夹杂物,并通过实验对其力学性能和成形性能进行了研究分析.结果表明:FTSR线铁素体轧制工艺生产的3.0mm厚钢板组织较粗大,强度较低,塑性较好,且具有良好的成形性.

Abstract:The microstructure and the precipitates of 3.0mm low carbon strips were researched by means of optical microscope,scanning and transmission electron microscope and so on.The strips used in the experiments,which were produced by ferrite rolling in Flexible Thin Slab Rolling(FTSR) technology of Tangshan Iron and Steel Company.The mechanical properties and formability of the strips were also analyzed.The results show that the grain size of the 3.0mm low carbon strips produced by ferrite rolling is bigger compared with austenite rolling,and the general mechanical properties and formability of the products are excellent.
