| 摘 要： | 贴片式发光二极管是一种新型表面贴装式半导体发光器件,贴片式封装的LED又分为CHIP、TOP、SIDEVIEW等若干种类型,贴片式LED除了有着直插式LED的所有优点外,更以体积小、散射角大、发光均匀性好,散热性好等特点被广泛的应用于各种场合,例如显示屏、信号灯、家用照明上很多都已经采用了贴片式LED。本文从多个角度切入,介绍了贴片式LED的市场状况和发展趋势,同时探究贴片式LED的封装特性及最新研究成果,分析研究贴片式LED节能灯的驱动电路技术,并且将它与直插式LED节能灯做了光电特性对比测试,使我们能更全面的掌握当今贴片式LED的发展现状。相信贴片式LED的广泛应用和飞速发展,将引领当今LED照明行业朝着更轻薄、更高效的方向发展。
