煤矿物联网技术探讨

摘    要:文章阐述了原有煤矿企业网络的现状,分析了工业以太网在井下运用的局限性,在原有的工业以太网基础上实现了煤矿企业的物联网。介绍了煤矿物联网中分布式传感技术、生产过程协同控制技术、异质空间实时传输技术、异质空间动态组网技术、信息的处理和识别技术的各自特点。通过物联网的功能特性分析得出结论,煤矿物联网加快了煤矿企业现代化脚步的同时增加了井下工作的安全系数,是今后煤矿企业实际生产的重要技术保障。

Abstract:Based on the overview of the current status of coal mine enterprise network,analysis of industrial Ethernet in mine use limitations,in the original industrial Ethernet based on the networking technology in coal mine.Respectively,elaborated a colliery to networking distributed sensing technology,production process collaborative control technology,heterogeneous spatial real-time transmission technology,heterogeneous space dynamic network technology,information processing technology and identification of their characteristics.Through networking features analysis conclusion,mine network in coal mine enterprise modernization pace accelerate and increase the safety of working under the future,is the actual coal mine enterprises production important technology guarantee.
