双针床纱架贾卡鞋材的设计与仿真

为实现双针床纱架贾卡鞋材的快速设计,根据贾卡经编机的实际经纱纱路与梳栉配置研究了该织物的成形原理,以及有别于经轴供纱的纱架供纱的贾卡装置的提花原理,且以一款特色产品为例介绍了该类织物的工艺设计;并根据织物的工艺要求设计了与之密切相关的垫纱运动、贾卡偏移信息、穿经规律在内的主要工艺参数的数学模型;而且通过分析该类双针床织物的线圈结构特征,建立了与之相符的成圈、衬纬线圈结构模型。在经过分析编织原理、数学模型及线圈结构的基础上,采用VC++程序开发工具进行编程,首次实现了双针床纱架贾卡鞋材的计算机仿真。

Design and simulation of double needle bar creel jacquard shoe upper

In order to realize the rapid design of jacquard shoe upper of double needle barcreel,the paper makes a study of the forming principle of this fabric according to the actual yarn route and arrangement of guide bars of jacquard warp knitting machine,and the jacquard principle of jacquard device from creel yarn feeding which is different from the warp beam yarn feeding,and introduces a process design of this fabric by taking a special product as an example. According to the technological requirements of the fabric,the mathematical model of main process parameters such as lapping movement,jacquard offset information and drawing-in lawsis designed. Based on the analysis of the loopstructure features of the fabric,the corresponding models of stitched and inlay loop structures are established. On the basis of analysis of knitting principle,mathematical model and loop structure,the computer simulation of jacquard shoe upper of double needle barcreel is achieved for the first time by using VC + + programming tool.
