新型还原剂在硫酸法钛白粉洗涤过程中的应用

摘    要:通过对高效有机还原剂还原能力的考察,并利用此还原剂进行了水解偏钛酸的洗涤,同时与三价钛进行比对,结果表明,新型有机还原剂能够在硫酸法钛白粉生产过程中对一洗、二洗除铁有很大的帮助,能够有效地抑制亚铁被氧化,从而使洗涤效率大大提高,而还原剂A更能够适应洗涤过程中温度、酸度的变化,使其保持高效的还原能力,能够直接应用在硫酸法钛白粉工艺的漂白工序中,试验结果令人满意。
