光纤光栅纤维增强塑料筋锚杆

摘    要:在纤维增强塑料筋制作过程中,将光纤光栅传感器埋入其内部,可得到光纤光栅纤维增强塑料筋锚杆,它兼具受力与传感的特性,集结构和功能于一体。文章对此类锚杆的传感机理和传感特性进行了研究。研究结果表明,光纤光栅纤维增强塑料锚杆具有耐腐蚀、抗拉强度高、自重轻、自诊断等优异性能,可广泛应用于矿井、建筑、水利和交通领域的支护、锚固和在线实时安全监测。

Abstract:The Fiber Bragg Grating(FBG) sensors in the center of die are pultruded with fiber strands in the production of Fiber Reinforced Polymer(FRP) bars,and the smart Fiber Bragg Grating-Fiber Reinforced Polymer(FBG-FRP) anchor tendons are produced.In this paper,the sensor mechanisms and characteristics of FBG-FRP anchor tendons are studied.The results show that the FBG-FRP anchor tendons have perfect properties of high tensile strength and low weight and excellent corrosion resistance and self-monitoring,which can be applied to many civil engineering such as mine,foundations,excavations,concrete dams,airports,aerodrome tunnels,ports,retaining wall,bridge abutments and so on.It is proved that it is feasible to use FBG-FRP technology monitoring anchor system safety and providing warning.
