摘    要:为实现航空武器装备维护保障中环境温度监测的精细化管理,设计了一种基于光纤温度传感器(FOTS,fiber optic temperature sensor)的分布式温度测量系统.首先利用光纤温度传感器的特点,对分布式温度测量系统进行了总体设计;其次研究开发了其硬件与软件,实现了系统的层次化设计,然后结合C/S网络通信模式实现了系统的网络化管理;最后对分布式温度测量系统进行了功能和性能测试.经系统测试验证表明,该系统可以实现航空武器装备维护保障中环境温度的精细化管理,具有高可靠性、易于扩展、远程访问,测量精度高,且系统的温度测量误差小,并将温度误差控制在1%以内.

Abstract:In order to realize the fine management of the aviation weapon equipment maintenance environment temperature,a distributed temperature measurement system based on fiber optic temperature sensor(FOTS) is designed.Firstly,the characteristics of FOTS at various environment are used to design the system,secondly,the hardware and software are developed,the design of the system is implemented,the network management of the system is realized with the C/S network communication mode.Finally,the function and performance of the system are tested.Experimental results show that distributed temperature measurement system based on FOTS can realize the fine management of the aviation weapon equipment maintenance environment temperature,which has the advantages of high reliability,easy to expand,remote access,high accuracy,and the temperature error is controlled within 1%.
