铜冶炼炉渣混合浮选工艺研究及生产实践

摘    要:针对楚雄滇中有色金属公司铜冶炼过程产生的电炉渣、转炉渣进行了混合浮选研究。混合渣含铜1.710%,磨至细度为-50μm占90%后进入浮选作业,通过两次粗选、两次扫选、粗精矿不磨三次精选的工艺流程,可获得铜精矿品位为21%,尾矿品位0.28%以下,回收率85%以上的工艺指标。在实际生产中,通过对工艺流程的改造,又进一步优化了浮选指标。

Abstract:The mixed flotation of mixed slag (electric furnace slag and converter slag) produced from Chuxiong Dianzhong Non-ferrous Metal Co. LTD was investigated. The mixed slag with a copper content of 1.710 % was ground to -0.050mm (90 %) and then introduced to flotation process. The copper concentrate with a grade of 21 % and tailings with a grade lower than 0.28 % could obtain from the secondary roughing, secondary scavenging and thrice flotation of rough concentrate (without milling) processes. The recovery rate of copper of this process was high up to 85 % and has been heighted after process reforming in productive practice.
