摘    要:本文利用定向凝固方法研究了Al2O3/Al-Si复合材料溶液中添加微量Ca对基体组织及Al2O3颗粒分布的影响,结果表明,Ca能够细化,Al-Si合金基体的共晶Si,但Sr变质时添加Ca,Ca对Sr的共晶Si细化能力具有阻碍作用,Al-Si-Sr-Ca中Ca的变质阻碍作用可能是因为生成Ca-Sr-Si金属间化合物消耗了溶液中的Sr,单独添加Ca或Sr时,Al2O3颗粒部被凝固界面所排斥和推移,在固

Abstract:The induences of addition of trace calcium to the melt of Al2O3/Al-Si composites onmatrix structures and particle distribution have been studied with directional solidification method. Resultsshow that calcium has fining effect on eutectic St in the Al-Si alloy matrix, the fining of hilt eutectic Siby strontium is significantly obstructed when strontium and calcium are added at the same time. Themodifying obstruction mechanism of Ca in Al-Si-Sr-Ca alloy is postulated as that the formation ofintermetailic compound Ca-Sr-Si consumes some of Sr in the melt. When Ca or Sr is added separately,Al2O3 Particles are all rejected and pushed by freezing front, and not uniformly distributed in solid.However, when Sr and Ca are added at the same time, Al2O3 particles could be uniformly distributed inthe solid.
