摘    要:针对限流熔断器的弧前过程,建立了三维热电耦合模型,利用Ansys软件进行仿真,获得其弧前时间一电流特性。结合实际熔断器产品,通过仿真与试验结果的对比表明,计算误差满足工程实际需要,验证了该仿真模型和计算方法的正确性。

Abstract:A 3D coupled thermal-electric model of the pre-arcing period for current-limiting fuse was set up to simulate the heating process of fuse element. And the time-current characteristic was simulated by Ansys. The validity of this simulation model and method was verified by the results of experiments. The error of pre-arcing time between simulation and experiment is acceptable technically, which proves the validity of simulation model and method.
