逆流回转圆筒干燥器优化设计研究与软件开发

摘    要:以回转干燥系统的年总费用为目标函数建立优化设计数学模型,用单变量优化方法菲波那契法求解。应用可视化编程语言Visual Basic5.0,采用面向对象的编程技术,开发回转干燥器优化设计软件。软件界面友好、操作方便、运行可靠稳定。算例表明:本文的数学模型和软件为回转干燥器的优化设计提供了更合理、更有效的手段。

Abstract:The optimum design model of rotary dryer was established, which aimed at the annual total cost. The model was solved by the fibonacci method. The optimum design software of dryer was programmed using Visual Basic5.0. The Windows-type OOD programming method was used. The software can run independently and stably. The software has a friendly interface and is convenient to operate. The practical example shows that the reasonable and effective method was obtained using the mathematical model and software in this work.
