废渣配料生产低碱水泥探索

摘    要:新疆天业集团利用乙炔发生产生的电石渣替代石灰石,利用硫酸厂生产硫酸产生的硫酸渣替代铁质原料,利用自备电厂燃烧煤产生的炉渣和粉煤灰代替黏土质原料,并加入硅砂作硅质校正原料,按KH=0.90±0.02,SM=2.35±0.10,IM=1.3±0.10的熟料三率值进行配料煅烧,出窑水泥熟料的碱含量平均值为:w(R2O)=0.42%。利用这低碱熟料与檬酸厂生产柠檬酸时产生的废渣——柠檬酸渣(替代石膏)配料,成功生产出低碱水泥。2010年共生产近10万t低碱普通42.5级水泥,用于打入了国家西部重点工程——兰新复线。

Abstract:Xinjiang Tianye Group produced low-alkali cement successfully by waste residue calcium carbide sludge dicharged by acetylene production substituting for limestone, pyrite cinder from sulphuric acid plant substituting for ferruginous material, furnace slag and fly ash from self-supply power plant substituting for argillaceous raw material and citric acid residue from citric acid plant substituting for gypsum, and by the designed clinker modulus of KH=0.90±0.02, SM=2.35±0.10, IM=1.3±0.10, adding siliceous sand as correcting material. And the alkali content of the produced clinker as w(R2O) value was 0.42%. They has produced near 100 000 tons of low-alkali 42.5 grade ordinary cement in 2010 which adopted by Lan Xin railway double tracks the major project of national west development.
