| 摘 要： | 影响三聚磷酸钠粉体表观密度的因素很多 ,结合相关的粉体理论和雾化分析 ,对生产不同表观密度三聚磷酸钠的相关因素进行了分析。通过摸索 ,在回转窑一步法聚合流程中生产出表观密度从 0 3 77g/cm3到 0 772 g/cm3的不同的三聚磷酸钠产品 ,并指出生产过程中应注意的问题

| Abstract: | There are many factors that influence the apparent density of STPP.This article analyzes the relative factors of the different apparent density STPP by the relative micromeritics theory nd atomization analysis.Through the experiment,it produces STPP with the apparent density from 0.377 g/cm 3 to 0.772 g/cm 3 by one step polymerization process in the rotary kiln,and some problems should be paid attention to during the production period. |
