| Abstract: | Aiming at the application of the phosphrus-containing epoxy resins in non-halogen flame retartant for copper-clad laminate,the mechanism of the phophorus-containing flame retardant was discussed,the types of flame-retartant epoxy resins containing reactive phosphorous were also demonstrated in detail.The development trend of phosphrus-containing epoxy resins was pointed out. |
