水量对酚醛聚醚多元醇合成的影响

摘    要:用自制的双金属氰化物络合物催化剂(DMC)合成了以酚醛树脂为起始剂的聚醚多元醇,并对制得的酚醛聚醚多元醇的结构进行了FT-IR、H-NMR表征,讨论了外加水分对反应诱导期和产品性能如羟值、相对分子质量的影响.结果表明,外加水分占总体系质量分数0.92%以内反应仍能进行,但诱导期变长;聚醚多元醇羟值变化不明显,而相对分子质量降低且相对分子质量分布窄.

Abstract:The synthsis of polyether polyols initiated by phenolic resins was carried out using self-made double metal cyanide catalyst.The structure of product was charatered by FT-IR and H-NMR.The influence of mositure on the induction time and the properties such as the hydroxyl value and molecular weight were discussed.The result indicated that additional moisture had slight influence on the hydroxyl value and the induction time was improved,leading to the product with lower molecular weight and narrow molecular weight distribution,when the content of moisture was below 0.92%.
