Analysis of NC Lathe Machining Precision with Affects of Cutting Tool Tip' s Radius and Its Solution

This paper analyzes how the size of cutting tool tip's radius affects the numerical control lathe machining precision when processing the cone surface,circular surface and non-circular curve surface,which is followed by summarizing the causes of errors that occur in processing,and explaining the ways to eliminate them as well.
