中国工程爆破与爆破器材的现状及展望

摘    要:以典型的工程爆破实例,从露天深孔台阶爆破、水下爆破、冻土工程爆破、硐室爆破、城镇拆除爆破及爆炸加工等几方面,阐述了我国工程爆破技术现状与取得的丰硕成果;从爆破器材的产品种类与产量,工业炸药尤其是粉状乳化炸药和乳化炸药现场混装车新技术,以及起爆器材特别是数码雷管和塑料导爆管等方面,介绍了我国爆破器材生产技术的现状与发展历程。作者结合国情,展望了各技术的发展前景与重点攻克的课题,激励业界人士正视现状、展望未来、抓住时机,努力实现21世纪爆破技术的跨越式发展。

Abstract:The paper,by taking typical engineering blasting cases as instances,presented and summarized the current status and great technological fruits in the field of engineering blasting in China in terms of surface long-hole bench blasting,underwater blasting,frozen soil engineering blasting,chamber blasting,demolition blasting in city and explosion working.This was followed by an introduction of the types and output of the explosive materials,the new production technologies of the industry explosives and site mixing loader(especially for the powder emulsion explosive),and the status and developing history of the explosive materials(especially digital detonator and plastic conducing tube)in detail.The author,combining his own country's status in the field of engineering blasting,looked into the development prospect and the difficulties needed to be attacked in the future,and encouraged his colleagues to understand the current status,look into the future,take the opportunities so as to realize a big leap forward of blasting technology in 21st century.
