油料装备智能维修仿真平台研究

摘    要:在研究油料装备维修管理特点的基础上,提出油料装备智能维修仿真平台框架。为提高维修效率和质量,将模糊神经网络应用于故障诊断中,建立故障智能诊断模型,给出了故障诊断模糊神经网络结构。将灰色预测理论和神经网络应用于装备维修领域,建立油料装备维修备件储备策略模型。研究微粒群优化算法的油料装备维修策略模型,使得油料装备维修有效性及经济性达到最佳。油料装备智能维修仿真平台的研究,对提高油料装备维修科学化和智能化水平,加强油料装备保障力度具有重要意义。

Abstract:By analyzing the features of maintenance management for oil equipment,the framework for intelligent maintenance simulation platform of oil equipment is presented.The intelligent fault diagnosis model for oil equipment is constructed,and the fault diagnosis rule,fuzzy reasoning steps,definition of fuzzy operator and its reasoning way are discussed.The grey forecast theory and neural network are applied to equipment maintenance field,the reserving decision model for spare parts is constructed.The oil equipmen...
