| 摘 要： | 当前我国正处于社会转型的关键期，要发挥教育在和谐社会建设中的作用，就必须进行教育改革，推进教育现代化，使教育达到一种和谐的、理想的状态。转型期教育的价值取向就是实现教育的和谐与现代化的统一。具体来说，转型期教育现代化所追求教育的和谐、理想状态即实现教育实然与应然的统一、教育公平与效率的统一以及教育“人为”和“为人”的统一。

| Abstract: | Reform and modernization of education must be carried out in the transit of our society in order to bring the role of education into full play in the construction of a harmonious society. The value orientation in this period is the unification of harmony and modernization of education. To be specific, educational modernization in the transit should follow the unification of reality and standard, equity and efficiency, and control and service. |
