| Abstract: | The article introduces the fault of a transfer machine's vacuum chuck on an automatic production line. When the vacuum chuck doesn't suck the object well, vacuum switch doesn't give an alarm to control system, as a result, the object will be damaged, even it may cause an accident. Here an analysis of the fault is given, and the proper solutions are offered. |
