摘    要:介绍一种新型接触法焊缝超声波自动探伤探头支撑机构,该机构通过自重贴附钢管,通过多维探头角度的调整来控制适宜的声束入射,通过支撑滚轮随动控制耦合间隙,并通过开放式供水随动控制耦合水的供给,,以获得良好的声耦合特性实现随动探伤。该机构适用于对螺旋焊管和直缝焊管焊缝进行接触法超声波自动探伤。

Abstract:s:The weld auto UT detect probe support unit of new osculatory method is introduced, which stick to pipe and control suitable sound wave entrance through adjust of multi-probe angle. The support roller controls the coupling distance and the supply of coupling water to get the fine sound coupling and realize the random detection. This unit suitable to weld osculatory method auto ultrasonic detection of Spiral seam pipe and longitudinal seam pipe.
