卡车平台嵌入式迫击炮座钣结构优化设计

摘    要:为提高传统迫击炮的战略机动性和战场多样性,将传统迫击炮座钣与卡车底盘结合,设计一种新的卡车平台嵌入式迫击炮座钣。相比于车载迫击炮,嵌入式迫击炮座钣结构简单,造价低廉,不影响卡车正常载物功能的同时,可实现快速车上发射与地面发射的转换。座钣位于卡车新增横梁上,新增横梁下方与支撑装置连接。采用模块化、参数化的有限元建模方法,建立嵌入式迫击炮座钣和卡车底盘的有限元模型。仿真分析发射载荷作用下不同射向射角时座钣与车架的动态特性,验证设计方案的可行性。为进一步提升轻量化与勤务机动性水平,采用OptiStruct软件对座钣进行拓扑优化。结果表明,优化后的座钣变形量基本不变,重量下降30.2%,应力分布更加均匀,并且各个工况下的最大应力均大幅减少,最大降幅为41.2%。

Abstract:In order to improve the strategic mobility and diversity of traditional mortars in battlefield,a new embedded mortar seat plate of truck platform was designed by combining the traditional mortar seat plate with the truck chassis. Compared with the vehicle-mounted mortar,the embedded mortar seat which has simple struture shows the advantages of low cost. Meanwhile,it does not affect the normal load function of the truck,and can realize the conversion between fast vehicle launch mode and ground launch mode. The seat plate is located on the newly added crossbeam of the truck,which is connected with the supporting device under the newly added crossbeam. The finite element models of embedded mortar seat plate and truck chassis were established by using modular and parameterized finite element modeling method. The dynamic characteristics of seat plate and frame under different firing angles under launch load were simulated and analyzed,and the feasibility of the design scheme was verified. In order to further reduce the weight and improve the service mobility of the truck mortars,topology optimization of the seat plate was performed by OptiStruct. The results show that the deformation of the optimized seat plate is basically unchanged,the weight is reduced by 30.2%,the stress distribution is more uniform,and the maximum stress under each working condition is greatly reduced,with a maximum reduction of 41.2%.
