大埋深泥岩巷道高预应力强力支护方式应用研究

摘    要:埋深900 m的陈四楼煤矿九采区泵房邻近陈四楼煤矿向斜轴部,掘进过程中揭露一条落差7 m的XF5正断层,周边巷道较多,空间关系复杂,采用单独的“锚网喷+锚索”支护时巷道严重变形。为解决巷道支护难题,提出了通过提高支护强度,先行采用“锚杆锚索间隔布置+长锚索”先喷后锚让压支护,再进行“锚索注浆+二次锚网加固”的高预应力强力支护方式,对底板采取“锚网带+锚索梁+注浆”加固措施,对巷道进行全封闭式的围岩加固。实践效果表明,该方案支护效果良好,巷道变形量得到了很好的控制,可以满足安全使用。

Abstract:The pump room of No.9 mining area of Chensilou Coal Mine,which is buried in 900 m depth,and it is adjacent to the syncline axis of Chensilou Coal Mine.During the excavation process,a 7 m drop XF5 normal fault is exposed.There are many surrounding roadways and the spatial relationship is complex.The roadway is seriously deformed when using a separate "bolt mesh spray + anchor cable" supporting.In order to solve the problem of roadway supporting,this paper puts forward the high pre-stressed strong support method of "bolt and anchor cable spacing layout + long anchor cable" first shotcreting and then bolt yielding support,and then "anchor cable grouting + secondary anchor net reinforcement".The floor adopts the reinforcement measures of "anchor net belt + anchor cable beam + grouting",and carries out the fully closed surrounding rock reinforcement of the roadway.The practical results showed that the support effect of the scheme is good,the deformation of the roadway is well controlled,and it can meet the safety use.
