矿井悬臂式掘进机截割部件工作状态诊断系统应用研究

摘    要:矿井悬臂式掘进机作为煤炭的常用开采设备,长时间处于恶劣环境的作业现场。伴随着煤矿企业对煤炭产量要求的不断提高,悬臂式掘进机关键零部件受到的工作强度更大,容易出现故障,尤其是截割部件,应当时刻对悬臂式掘进机工作状态的故障信息进行诊断,及时发现故障隐患,便于矿井技术人员及时的处置。当悬臂式掘进机截割部件发生故障时,就会呈现出规律的特征数据信号。为了提升对故障信号判断的精确性,设计出新型截割部件工作状态诊断系统,有效地对故障信号特征进行判断分析,保障煤炭开采过程中的安全稳定性。

Abstract:As a common mining equipment of coal,the cantilever roadheader is in the bad environment for a long time.With the continuous improvement of coal production requirements of coal mining enterprises,the key parts of boom roadheader are subject to greater working intensity and prone to failure,especially the cutting parts. It is necessary to diagnose the fault information of boom roadheader working state at all times,find the hidden trouble in time,and facilitate the timely disposal of mine technical personnel.When the cutting part of boom roadheader fails,it will present regular characteristic data signal.In order to improve the accuracy of fault signal judgment,a new type of cutting parts working state diagnosis system is designed,which can effectively judge and analyze the fault signal characteristics,and ensure the safety and stability in the process of coal mining.
