摘    要:对固体进样直接测汞法测矿物中汞含量,分析过程中煤中水分含量、样品质量、采用试剂、检测仪器、汞标准溶液等影响检测结果的各方面因素进行不确定度评定。在确保试剂配制准确、仪器维持在最佳性能、精准称取矿物(煤)的质量、采用合适的标准及准确配制的标准工作溶液的条件下,采用适当的干燥及分解过程中的温度和时间、汞齐化加热时间及适当的氧气压力等措施,大大提高了检测结果的准确性。以实际测试结果为例,详细描述了矿物(煤)中汞检测的不确定度评定过程和结果。详细介绍了检测过程、不确定度各分量的来源分析以及合成后标准不确定度及最终扩展不确定度的表述等方面内容,为煤炭检测分析和相关实验室提供有益的技术支持。

Abstract:The mercury content in minerals was measured by the solid sample direct mercury measurement method.During the analysis process,the moisture content in the coal,the sample quality,the use of reagents,testing instruments,mercury standard solutions and other factors that affect the detection results were evaluated for uncertainty.Under the conditions of ensuring accurate reagent preparation,maintaining the best performance of the instrument,accurately weighing the quality of minerals (coal),using appropriate standards and accurately prepared standard working solutions,and using appropriate drying and decomposition process temperature and measures such as time,amalgamation heating time and appropriate oxygen pressure had greatly improved the accuracy of the test results.Taking actual test results as an example,the uncertainty evaluation process and results of mercury detection in minerals (coal) were described in detail.The detection process,the source analysis of each component of the uncertainty,the expression of the combined standard uncertainty and the final expanded uncertainty,etc. were introduced in detail to provide beneficial technical support for coal detection and analysis and related laboratories.
