极低透气性构造软煤瓦斯抽采技术应用研究

摘    要:为解决白坪煤矿极低透气性构造软煤瓦斯抽采质量差的问题,理论分析了影响极低透气性构造软煤瓦斯抽采效果的主控因素,提出了基于工程化思维,系统考虑封孔工艺、钻孔修复及二次卸压增透的穿层钻孔瓦斯抽采新工艺技术体系。优化封孔工艺结合钻孔修复及二次卸压增透新工艺技术,使得瓦斯抽采平均浓度提高1.41~1.85倍,单孔平均瓦斯抽采量提高3.11~3.85倍,证实了新瓦斯抽采工艺技术在白坪煤矿极低透气性且应力敏感性强的全层构造软煤瓦斯抽采中的优势,旨在为该类煤层瓦斯抽采新工艺技术的大面积推广应用提供相应的科学依据。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of poor gas drainage quality of soft coal in the ultra-low permeability structure of Baiping Coal Mine,the main control factors that affect the effect of soft coal gas extraction in the ultra-low permeability structure were theoretically analyzed.It was based on engineering thinking,the system considers sealing a new technology system for gas drainage through borehole technology,borehole repair and secondary pressure relief to increase permeability.The optimized sealing technology combined with the new technology of drilling repair and secondary pressure relief to increase permeability had increased the average concentration of gas drainage by 1.41~1.85 times,and the average gas drainage rate of single hole increased by 3.11~3.85.It proved the advantages of the new gas drainage technology in Baiping Coal Mine′s ultra-low permeability and strong stress-sensitive full-layer soft coal gas drainage.Area promotion and application provided corresponding scientific basis.
