摘    要:根据桥体的结构特点,在保证周围环境安全的条件下,合理设计施工方案,成功地实现了钢筋混凝土多跨拱桥的爆破拆除。与其它桥体不同的是,钢筋混凝土拱桥的主要承重结构是拱肋,爆破过程中对拱肋与桥墩的连接部位通过调整药量予以充分破碎。为保证桥体充分解体,对桥体的一些重要结构,如衬拱、桥墩、拱柱等,均通过爆破予以解体。对不同部位的炮孔装药量进行了计算和试爆,采用了非电微差复式起爆网络,保证了传爆的可靠性,也取得了很好的爆破效果。

The Blasting and Demolition of Reinforced Concrete Arch Bridge

Abstract:According to the bridge structure and under the condition of guaranteeing the safety of its surroundings,a reasonable design and construction program is made and successfully used for demolition of a reinforced concrete multi-span arch bridge.Different from other bridges,this bridge has some arch ribs as main load-bearing structure.In the process of demolition,the connecting parts between arch ribs and priers are fully broken by adjusted charges.To ensure full collapse of the bridge,main parts of the bridge,such as lining humps,bridge priers and arch abuts,are disintegrated by blasting.The charge weights in holes for different parts are calculated and some testing blasts are carried out.A non-electric millisecond duplex initiation network is used,thus ensuring the reliability of detonation and obtaining a good blasting effect.
