控制性详细规划单元规划编制探索

目前我国城市规划编制体系存在总体规划与控制性详细规划衔接反馈不到位的问题,控制性详细规划单元规划作为大城市和特大城市总规与具体的控制性详细规划衔接的有效载体,弥补了这一缺陷,其编制是对现有城市规划编制体系的补充与完善,应遵循弹性、可更新、重点突出、注重与城市规划管理配合、控制与管理相结合等编制原则,编制内容及重点包括总体定位、规划规模、开发控制等九个方面,编制的进一步发展应与总体规划同步开展、加强与城市规划管理的衔接、形成总规与控规互动机制、加快应用规划新技术。
