啤酒糖化温度DMC-PID预测控制方案

摘    要:啤酒糖化温度对象具有大惯性滞后,工艺要求该参数要快速跟踪工艺设定且无超调,常规PID算法显然难以满足这些需求。针对加热蒸汽压力频繁波动的特点,将预测控制算法与串级控制相结合,设计了糖化温度DMC-PID串级控制系统。仿真结果表明,该系统与常规PID控制系统相比既具有较好的随动跟踪性能,又无超调,且具有较强的抗干扰性。

Abstract:The beer saccharification temperature plant has great inertia,and the technology needs its control track the set curve fast with nonovershoot.The normal PID algorithm apparently can't satisfy the demands.According to the frequent wave of heating steam pressure,saccharification temperature DMC-PID cascade control system is designed by combining the Predictive Control algorithm and cascade control structure.The simulation shows that the system has not only faster follow-up tracking capability,but also non-overshoot and stronger disturbance suppressing,compared with the normal PID control.
