摘    要:采用浸渍法制备了SO42-/SnO2固体超强酸多相催化剂,用XRD、TPD和FT-IR光谱法对SO42-/SnO2的结构和表面酸性进行了表征。并用于亚油酸与乙醇反应合成亚油酸乙酯,研究了催化剂制备过程中硫酸浸渍浓度、焙烧温度对亚油酸与乙醇酯化反应的影响规律。制备催化剂适宜的工艺条件为:硫酸浸渍浓度2.0 mol/L,浸渍时间4 h,焙烧温度500℃,焙烧时间4 h,制备的SO42-/SnO2催化剂对亚油酸的酯化率可达91.5%。

Abstract:Solid superacid catalyst SO42- /SnO2 was prepared by the method of impregnation. The structure and acidity of the catalyst was studied by using XRD, TPD and FT-IR. The above catalyst was used for the catalytic esterification of linoleic acid with ethanol. The effects of the concentration of H2 SO4 and calcination temperature in the catalyst preparation on the esterification reaction were studied and the optimal preparation conditions were found as follows: 2. 0 mol/L H2SO4, immersing for 4 h, calcination at 500℃for 4 h. The results showed that this catalyst had good activity with 91. 5% conversion of linoleic acid being obtained.
