高密度钻井液润滑下套管磨损实验研究

摘    要:在2.0g/cm3和1.8g/cm32种高密度钻井液中,进行了S135钻杆/P110套管试件摩擦副摩擦磨损实验,考察了套管磨损速度和磨损效率与接触压力、转速之间的关系。结果表明,随接触压力的增加,磨损量和磨损效率也增加,压力较小时,接触压力和磨损量及磨损效率几乎成线性关系;转速较低时,相同摩擦功下磨损量和磨损效率虽然随转速增加有所增加,但增加幅度非常小,但转速超过某个值后磨损量和磨损效率陡然增加;在2.0g/cm3密度钻井液中套管磨损量比在1.8g/cm3中的略大一些,但只相差0.5%,几乎可以忽略。

Abstract:Experiments were carried out with S135 drill pipe/P110 casing in drilling fluids of 2.0 g/cm3 and 1.8 g/cm3,under several different contact pressure and revolving speed.The effect of contact pressure and revolving speed on wearing speed and wearing coefficient was analyzed.The experimental results show that the wearing speed and wearing coefficient increase with the increase of contact pressure.The wearing speed increases linearly under little contact pressure.With the increase of revolving speed,the wearing speed and wearing coefficient increase little,with a threshold of abruptly increase speed.The wearing speeds and wearing coefficient in drilling fluids of 2.0 g/cm3 and 1.8 g/cm3 are almost the same.
