衣康酸锌盐催化合成二乙二醇双苯甲酸酯

摘    要:采用自制衣康酸锌盐作催化剂,用苯甲酸和二甘醇为原料合成二乙二醇双苯甲酸酯,得出合成DEDB的适宜反应条件:苯甲酸与二甘醇摩尔比2:1.33,催化剂用量为苯甲酸质量的3%,反应时间5h、反应温度125—130℃,产品收率达93.8%,用衣康酸锌盐作催化剂合成的产品色泽好,易与产品酯分离,可重复使用。

Abstract:Diethylene glycol dibenzoate (DEDB) was synthesized from benzoic acid and ethylene glycol usning self- made zinc itaconate as catalyst. The suitable reaction conditions for preparing DEDB were obtained as follows: the molar ratio of benzoic acid to ethylene glycol 2 : 1.33 ,dosage of catalyst 3% (based on the mass of benzoic acid), reaction time 5 hours, reaction temperature 125 - 130 ℃. Under the above reaction conditions, the product could be obtained with the yield up to 93.8% and good colority. The catalyst was easy to separate from product and could be repeatedly used.
