SPS烧结层状TiB2/BN陶瓷的界面研究

本文采用放电等离子烧结(SPS)技术烧结层状TiB2/BN陶瓷,研究其界面结合的性质和状况。并讨论了当夹层厚度不同的时候,界面结合的不同机制。

Abstract:
Spark Plasma Sintering process was used to fabricate laminated ceramics of TiB 2/BN,then the character and condition of the combined interface of TiB 2/BN were studied.The relationship between the different combination mechanism and the different interface thickness was discussed.
