道德在婚姻立法中的定位

法律应符合所处时代的道德准则。本文就我国两部婚姻立法的道德定位上的得失,指出在道德多元时代婚姻立法应以共产主义,社会主义道德为立法 指导思想,以社会主义初级阶段“中人道德”为主要内容,强调道德立法 的道德规范是中国公众道德意识中固有的有,有共识的公共道德。
