颗粒污泥的生物相和最佳状态的初步研究

摘    要:本文对厌氧污泥颗粒化各个阶段的消化液中的优势菌和颗粒污泥的内部菌体进行了初步的研究,并通过筛选出不同粒径的颗粒污泥和选用不同的环境温度,对颗粒污泥的此活性变化情况也进行了探讨。结果发现污泥颗粒化过程中菌体的变化趋势是以球菌占优势,逐步过渡到杆菌占优势,并且从比活性和沉降性能考虑,有必要对颗粒污泥最佳直径的控制和确定问题进行研究。

Abstract:Recently, it has become a noticabte subject to study the acclimatization of the granular sludge in the Up-flow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket reactor, In this paper, the dominent bacteria shifted in the reactor in the granulation and existed in the granular sludge was studied primarily. The specific activity of the granules with different diameters and under different temperatures was investgated as well. the results showed that the dominent bacteria change from cocci to bacilli in the granulation, and concerning the specific activity and settle characteristic it is worth studying for the optimum diameter of the granular sludge.
