铬系聚乙烯在市话通信电缆绝缘领域的应用研究

摘    要:介绍了通信电缆绝缘料的分类及概况。通过对独山子聚乙烯装置钛系、铬系催化剂工艺产品特点以及通信电缆绝缘料技术性能的研究,制定了切实可行的基础树脂选取方案。通过添加剂改性、中试生产,所得产品技术性能均达标。而下游用户的高速挤出试验表明:铬系聚乙烯改性料具有更优的加工性能。同时对于铬系产品在通信电缆绝缘专用料领域的开发提出了建议。

Abstract:The classification and general situation of insulating material for communication cable are introduced. Through the research on the technical characteristics of Ti- and Cr-catalyst products of Dushanzi Polypropylene Plant and the technical properties of the insulating material for communication cable, practicable available plan for the selection of basic resin were made. By means of the addition of modifier and pilot production, all the technique properties of the products met the requirements. The high-speed extruding tests by the consumer showed the modified material of Cr-polypropylene had more superior processability. Suggestions on the development and application of Cr-products to the special insulating materials for communication cable were made
