以系统安全和现代安全管理理论为基础,在总结国内外冷库事故特点的基础上,以泰安某大型冷库为例,根据冷库系统风险性指标体系,运用工程模糊理论对冷库总体安全状况进行风险评价,最终得出该冷库的安全等级,可为冷库系统后期的安全监管提供依据。
