开架式海水气化器的国产化研制

开架式海水气化器(Open Rack Vaporizer,以下简称ORV)是LNG接收站关键设备之一,可归类为管翅式换热器,产品长期以来不能自主生产,完全依赖进口。中石油京唐液化天然气有限公司联合四川空分设备(集团)有限公司通过3年的国产化研发,解决了从传热、结构、制造等多方面的关键问题,成功实现了该类气化器的国产化。目前首台国产ORV已在用户现场正常使用超过1年时间。

Open Rack Vapprizer

ORV( Open Rack Vaporizer,hereinafter referred to as ORV) is one of the most important equipment in LNG ter-minal. ORV is fin tube heat exchanger, which is monopoly by foreign manufacturers for a long time. Through three years of localization research and development, CNPC and SASPG solved the key problem of ORV, such as heat transfer, structure, manufacturing, etc. The first domestic ORV has normal use at the user's site for more than a year.
