| 摘 要： | 本文旨在研究如何建立一个具备科学性、灵活性和较强重用性的指挥自动化系统综合效能评估系统。根据指挥自动化系统的特点,研究了评估原则、指标体系和评估方法,在此基础上提出了评估系统的设计方案,给出了典型的综合效能评估方案,完成了评估系统的实现。

| Abstract: | The paper aims to build a scientific,agile and reusable evaluation system for accessing the comprehensive effectiveness of the C4ISR System.According to the characteristic of the C4ISR System,the paper researches the evaluation principle,the index system and the evaluation method.On this basis,it puts forward the designing scheme of the evaluation system.At last the paper brings out a representative evaluation scenario and fulfills the realization of the evaluation system. |
