| Abstract: | In tnis paper,the propagtion characteristics and characteristic impedance of a metal-insulator-semiconductor microstrip line(MIS MS)are analyzed by a full wave spectral-domain technique.The theoritical results obtained are in good agreement with the experimental values published in related references. The effect of the various structural parameters on the characteristics of the MIS MS is studied. Several important features of the MIS MS are presented along with some design criteria for low-attenuation slow-wave propagation. |
