宽频高精度电感同步采样测量研究

摘    要:为实现较宽频率范围内电感量值的准确测量,提出一种基于同步采样测量的改进电压矢量比法。通过NI PXI-5922高速数据采集卡进行同步数据采集,运用Lab VIEW设计了自动测量系统来实现精密的电感测量,确保1 H量程内电感值测量精度优于0.01%。文章讨论了测量系统原理,同步数据采集和数据处理的实现,该测量系统亦可用于各类交流阻抗精密快速测量。

Abstract:In order to realize the accurate measurement of inductance in different frequencies, an improved voltage vector ratio method based on synchronous sampling is proposed. Synchronous data acquisition is realized by NI-5922, and the automatic measurement system is designed by using component oriented technology of LabVIEW. The system can precisely measure inductance with accuracy up to 0.01% in the range of 1H at different frequency. The measurement principle, the achievement of synchronous data acquisition and data processing are discussed. This measuring system can also be used to quickly measure any kinds of AC impedance.
