摘 要: | ![]() 针对由自然灾害引发的电网故障事件频发的实际情况,文中依托95598客户服务系统电力客户故障报修和气象数据,基于灰色关联方法构建了故障报修与气象因素间的关联度计算模型。以冀北地区故障报修较多的霸州市为例,计算了故障报修量和气象因素间的关联度,明确了各气象因素对故障报修量的影响程度。文中还研究了时间和地域对上述关联性的影响。研究结果表明文中构建的关联性分析模型可定量衡量各气象因素对故障报修的影响程度,其结果可为企业维修方案的制定、灾害预警等决策提供科学的依据和指导。

Grey relational analysis of the relation between power customer call-repairing demands and meteorological factors |

Abstract: | ![]() According to the real situation that power system fault events caused by natural disasters occurs frequently, a model computing the correlation degree between call-repairing demands and meteorological factors was built using the grey relational analysis method based on 95598 customer service system of call-repairing demands and meteorological data. A typical city, Bazhou city, with a higher number of customer call-repairing dates, was chosen as example. Correla-tion degree between the quantity of customer call-repairing and meteorological factors was computed in order to reveal the effect of the meteorological factor on the quantity of. Influence of time and geographical on correlation degree was also further discussed. The research results show that the proposed correlation degree calculation model can be used to quantitatively measure the relevance between the power customer call-repairing and meteorological factors. The analy-sis results can provide the scientific guidance to the enterprises in the decision-making of maintenance plan and disaster warning. |
