自动化流水线的兼容式计量托盘的研究

自动化流水线检定系统已在国内得到广泛的应用,可实现对智能电能表、采集终端的自动化批量检定。针对现有自动化检定流水线占地面积大、投资成本高以及设备利用率低的问题,设计了一种能同时兼容三相直接接入式电能表、三相经互感器式电能表、集中器I型、专变采集终端Ⅲ型四种计量器具的计量托盘,使一条自动化流水线上能同时进行不同类型的被检器具的检定,满足了流水线被检器具的多样性,同时大大提高了计量托盘的使用率和自动化检定流水线的工作效率,该设计可操作性强,使用方便,具有很好的应用前景。

Research on a compatible metering tray of automated assembly line

Automated assembly line has been widely used in China, it can implement automatic batch detection of smart electricity meter.In order to solve problems ofthe automated assembly linewith large occupied area, high investment costs and low capacity utilization, this paper presents a measuring tray which can compatible with four kinds of measur-ing instruments, so that an automated assembly line can perform tests of different types of appliances simultaneously. This measuring tray not only meets the diversity of the automated assembly line, but also greatly improve the measure-ment tray utilization and efficiency of the automated test line. Besides, this newly measuring tray has high operability and convenience, which exhibiting a good prospect.
