低噪声键控宽频信号源设计与实现

摘    要:设计了一种以直接数字频率合成(DDS)芯片AD9953为核心的键控宽频信号源,可输出0~150 MHz正弦波交流信号,幅值范围50 m V~50 V可调,谐波失真小于3%。介绍了键控宽频信号源系统的结构组成,低通滤波器和阻抗匹配设计。信号源经实际测试,输出频率,输出幅值,谐波大小等各项技术指标均达到要求。

Abstract:A kind of keying broadband signal source based on the direct digital frequency synthesis (DDS) chip is designed. It can output sine wave from 0 to 100 MHZ, the amplitude adjustable range is from 1mV to 50V, harmonic distortion is less than 4%. The paper introduces the architecture of the keying broadband signal source system, the design of low pass filter and impedance matching. Various technical indexes, such as output frequency, output amplitude, harmonic, is achieved by actual test.
