| 摘 要： | 提出战略联盟组建过程的动态评价问题，以产品生命周期为切入点，阐述了战略联盟的动态评价决策方法。通过建立产品生命周期的4个阶段和企业战略目标的联系，将战略联盟的动态性特征体现在决策过程中，增强了决策分析的合理性和可靠性。

| Abstract: | This paper firsly analyzes and evaluates current approaches in strategic alliances and partnering and proposes the problem of dynamic evaluation during construction of strategic alliances and partnering . By relating the product life cycle stages with the strategic targets of enterprises alliance, the dynamic feature are embodied in the decision making processes. Then the new dynamic evaluation approach is described. |
