摘    要:网络课程的开发是当前教育信息化进程中的一个重要举措,它以现代的教育思想和教学设计理论为指导,充分利用信息技术的优势,具有资源共享、时空不限、多向互动、便于合作的特点,能很好地推动学生自主式学习.<中国饮食文化>网络课程建设的成功与否,直接关系到本课程网络教育的成败.文章从学习者的视角,介绍了<饮食文化>网络课程的理论基础,阐述了网络课程设计的基本原则、设计流程和开发技术.
