摘    要:为满足水电厂状态检修的需要,防止巡检工作疏漏和提高设备巡检数据利用率,开发了一种用条码标识电力设备、用便携式数据采集仪采集其参数以及用数据库的方式来管理巡检参数的电力设备巡检系统.该系统可接入监控系统或MIS,通过Web查询和发布巡检信息,并分析设备运行趋势,查看任意两参数间的关系曲线,供运行和管理人员决策参考,以便及早发现设备缺陷,确保电力设备运行安全.该系统的应用,不仅可以减少巡检工作量,还可有效提高巡检到位率,从而减少因巡检疏漏所引发的故障,对提高水电厂巡检效率以及设备的安全运行具有现实意义.

Abstract:In order to meet the needs of hydropower plants condition-based maintenance,a bar code identification of electrical equipment,portable data acquisition instrument,as well as the parameters of its acquisition by way of database management inspection of the parameters of electrical equipment inspection system,is developed.It can prevent the work of inspection and oversight to improve the utilization rate of equipment inspection data.The system can be connected with SCADA or MIS,inquiry and publish inspection information by Web.And it can see the relationship curves between any two parameters to analyze the equipment running trend for the operation and management decision-making reference so as to early detect defective equipment to ensure operation security.The system can not only reduce the workload of the inspection,but also increase the effective rate of inspection in place.Its application reduces the inspection work and improves the inspection and it has great significance to the safe operation of equipments.
