印度獐牙菜的化学成分研究 |

摘 要: | 研究印度獐牙菜的化学成分。采用各种柱色谱进行对印度獐牙菜的正丁醇相分离纯化,并通过UV、IR、MS、1H-NMR、13C-NMR等波谱技术进行结构鉴定。分离鉴定了5个木脂素类化合物,分别为(+)-丁香脂素((+)-Syringaresinol,I)、秃毛冬青甲素(Glaberide,II)、Salicifoliol(Ⅲ)、蛇菰宁(Balanophonin,Ⅳ)、(-)-Berchemol(Ⅴ)。

Abstract: | Objective To study the chemical constituents of Swertia bimaculata. Methods Using chromatography on silica gel column and Sephadex LH- 20,and combined with HPLC for separation and purification; Using spectroscopy methods to elucidate their structures; Results five known Lignan compounds( +)- Syringaresinol( I),Glaberide( II),Salicifoliol( Ⅲ),Balanophonin( Ⅳ),(-)- Berchemol( Ⅴ),which were isolated and identified. |
