摘    要:采用共沉淀法制备了类水滑石CuNiAl,450 ℃焙烧后得到复合氧化物催化剂,利用XRD和FT-IR对其结构进行表征。研究了该催化剂体系对苯直接氧化制苯酚反应的催化性能,并考察了反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量、溶剂用量和n(C6H6)∶n(H2O2)对收率的影响。结果表明,类水滑石CuNiAl经焙烧后,催化苯直接氧化制苯酚反应的转化率提高,适宜的反应条件为:反应温度65 ℃,反应时间6 h,催化剂用量10 mg,溶剂用量15 mL,n(C6H6)∶n(H2O2)=3∶1,产物中没有发现副产物,苯转化率达6.5%。

Abstract:CuNiAl hydrotalcite-like compound was prepared by coprecipitation method.CuNiAl composite oxides catalyst was prepared by calcining CuNiAl hydrotalcite-like compound at 450 ℃,and characterized by XRD and FT-IR.The catalytic performance of the catalyst for the direct oxidation of benzene to phenol and the influence of reaction temperature,reaction time,the dosage of the catalyst and the solvent,molar ratio of benzene to H2O2 were investigated.The results showed that the catalytic performance of the catalyst obtained after calcining CuNiAl hydrotalcite-like compound was enhanced;benzene conversion of 6.5% and no byproducts were attained under the optimum condition of reaction temperature 65 ℃,reaction time 6 h,catalyst dosage 10 mg,solvent dosage 15 mL,and n(C6H6)∶n(H2O2)=3∶1.
