摘    要:采用沉积-沉淀法制备出一系列Au-Ru/TiO2双金属催化剂,用于硝基苯与苯甲醛一锅法加氢反应合成N-苄基苯胺。考察了Ru负载量对Au-Ru/TiO2加氢性能的影响,并采用X射线衍射和扫描电镜等方法对催化剂进行表征。结果表明,Au和Ru产生协同作用共同促进加氢作用。负载Ru质量分数为1.5%的催化剂具有最好的加氢活性和N-苄基苯胺选择性。优化的N-苄基苯胺合成工艺条件为:催化剂用量占硝基苯质量的15%,溶剂为甲苯,氢压1.1 MPa,反应温度80 ℃。此条件下,硝基苯转化率100%,N-苄基苯胺选择性88.2%

Abstract:A series of bimetallic catalyst Au-Ru/TiO2 were prepared by the deposition-precipitation method.The as-prepared catalysts were used in the one-pot synthesis of benzylaniline from nitrobenzene and benaldehyde,and characterized by XRD and SEM.The effect of Ru loadings on hydrogenation performance of Au-Ru/TiO2 catalysts was investigated.The results showed that Ru and Au had the synergistic effect on hydrogenation preformance of the catalysts.The catalyst with 1.5% Ru loading exhibited the highest activity and selectivity to N-benzylaniline.The conversion of nitrobenzene of 100% and the selectivity to N-benzylaniline of 88.2% were attained under the optimum synthesis conditions as follows:catalyst dosage 15% of the mass of nitrobenzene,toluene as the solvent,hydrogen pressure 1.1 MPa and reaction temperature 80 ℃.
